We are dedicated to being as flexible as possible for our clients, and we believe our booking policies reflect that commitment.
First booking
Our stretches are tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. To help us create the best possible experience, kindly complete our client form. Once this is done, your space will be confirmed, and soon one of our Flexers will be at your doorstep.
Promotion Packages
The “Introductory” package (when available) offers a promotional 3-session experience, introducing you to assisted stretching and allowing you to personally witness the remarkable benefits of incorporating regular stretches into your life. This exclusive package is non-transferable and cannot be renewed. This package is meant for one person only. It means that if someone else buys it for you, you can’t use the sessions.
Cancellations
Due to high demand and limited availability, we allow cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled stretch. Regrettably, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment, the session will be deducted from your package. However, if anything happens, come to us, we can be flexible too sometimes!
Late or no-show
We kindly ask that you give us a heads-up if you’re unable to make your appointment or if you’ll be running late, if our Flexer have time we will be able to overlap the time, but sometimes it won’t be possible. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, our Flexer will leave your home after 20 minutes and it will be considered a cancellation.
Regular packages
Our packages offer great value and convenience. On notification, we can make it shareable to a friend or family member, every bodies are different and we need the precious informations asked in our initial form from each of you!
