How often should I get stretched?
This depends on your personal goals! We generally recommend stretching 2 to 3 times a week to maintain the progress you make. Express what your objectives are and we can help you achieve them!
When should I get stretched?
It’s mainly up to you, It is important to listen to what our body needs! On the other hand please avoid intense stretching right before and after a high-intensity workout as it can increase the risk of muscle tearing. In this case, opt more for the “Relaxation” program for a speedy recovery.
Will I see results directly after a session?
The first thing you will feel is relaxation as there will be more oxygen and blood flow through your muscles. Some clients will experience results right away while others take some more time, it truly depends! But you will definitely see results after a handful of sessions, that’s a promise.
What are the qualifications of a Flexer?
We are so proud of our growing family of Flexers that are determined to help you. The first requirement is a Spa and Wellness degree. They are then trained by a master in physiotherapy with the help of a NASM personal trainer that is specialized in training, stretching, and flexibility. Thus, we make sure all our stretches are pain-free and injury free, anatomically correct, and in alignment with your body.
Is it going to hurt?
Assisted stretching, should not cause you pain but depending on the program you choose you might feel a good type of pain, like the one you get during a good workout that eventually gives you a sense of relief afterward.
What if I have an injury?
During the first booking, we ask you to fill out a quick form where you can mention any past and current injuries so that we can carefully take them into account during your session which will help you speed up the healing process too!
Do you have to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required for all services but you can easily schedule an appointment through our WhatsApp or our book now page.
What should I wear?
We recommend anything you feel comfortable with and that you can really move your body in. Tshirt, loose pants, spandex, or shorts with underwear lining. We will also ask you to remove any jewelry and watches so that they won’t be in the way during the session.
What if I don’t want to get stretched at home?
We have a solution! We have a partnership with a personal training studio in Pererenan, let us know when you contact us and we’ll provide you with the address.
I’m not sure I can do assisted stretching…
Assisted stretching is for every body and has been scientifically proven to enhance your well-being!
